The Ecommerce solution is a fully featured online solution allowing your customers to log onto your website and place orders online 24 / 7. Some of the features include:

• Unlimited number of companies, cost centres and users can be set up by the stationer as well as the end user.
• Users need to logon so that the system recognises both them as an individual and their company, thus allocating the correct pricing structure to the customer.
• The product ranges displayed are the ones that you agree to promote to your customers. You will have the ability to enable or disable product from your website.
• The customer has the facility to set up their own users so that they can add or remove authorised purchasers to the system.
• Each user can be assigned to a cost centre so that their orders are authorised prior to being sent to you and allocated correctly from a management control point of view.
• Baskets can be set up for users where companies want to limit the product offering to certain staff members.
• Users have access to reports displaying usage and spend for a determined period.
• Authorisers and managers can see the same reports for their own activity and as a summary of all of those below them in the hierarchy. Reports are displayed by user and by cost centre.
• The system is web-hosted on a secure site, so there is no software or additional hardware requirements for you or your customers. All you need is a computer with Internet access.
• You can de-select product ranges and individual manufacturers that you do not want to feature.
• You can add your own products into the database and the system will index and display them in exactly the same way as the rest of the products.
• You can adjust the look and feel of your website by selecting your preferred colour. With no specialist knowledge at all you can adjust and add to the websites content , for example terms and conditions, ‘about us’, delivery options, returns procedures , promotions , links to other websites etc.
